CONNECT ONE

The Connect One pack is included as standard when you order your vehicle. By activating it, you can reach the 24/7 call centre for roadside assistance via the SOS call button inside your vehicle, or contact Customer Support directly from the Jeep® app.

The system can automatically share the vehicle’s location with the call centre if you’re unable to do so yourself, and keeps you informed about your vehicle status and more.

The SOS call service is provided for the lifetime of the vehicle, while the other services are available for 10 years, including Maintenance Reminder, Vehicle Health Report and Over-the-air Updates.

Elevate your journeys with our optional service pack, offering a trial period of up to 6 months to experience the full potential of Connected Services.
